The benefits of using our Volumetric Flasks

SciLabware is able to supply an extensive range of both glass and plastic volumetric flasks from its Pyrex®, MBL® and Azlon® product ranges. Pyrex® Class A volumetric flasks are available in both clear and amber glass and comply with ISO 1042, DIN 12664 and are calibrated to the tolerances required by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). These volumetric flasks can be supplied with three different levels of calibration and conformity certification depending on customer requirements including United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) individual calibration certificates, works individual calibration certificates and batch certification. All Pyrex® volumetric flasks are laser etched with an individual serial number or batch number and date of manufacture for complete traceability purposes. MBL® volumetric flasks are available in both Class B and Class A accuracy and have blue high contrast markings. Class A MBL® volumetric flasks are laser etched with a batch number and date of manufacture and the corresponding batch certificate can be downloaded from the SciLabware web site. If glass is not suitable for your purposes, we are also able to supply both Class A and Class B accuracy volumetric flasks in our Azlon® reusable plastics range. Class A and Class B accuracy flasks are available manufactured from polymethylpentene (PMP), which is transparent and suitable for use with a wide range of chemicals and solvents; and Class B flasks can be supplied manufactured from polypropylene.
