Azlon has launched a new stand alone water-jet pump with some new features including an updated and improved design. PWD003 features a body and water connection fitting manufactured from polypropylene with an integrated non-return valve system made from FKM and PTFE.

PWD003 has high chemical resistance at a maximum working temperature of 80°C.

The water-jet pump can be connected to a water supply via a threaded faucet or a hose line, making it capable of generating a vacuum of up to 16mbar. It is perfectly suited to siphon off liquids and evacuate gases and steam, with a high suction capacity of approximately 400 litre/hour of air. The water flow has been optimised, resulting in a 33% reduction in consumption (190 litre/h of water at 3.5 bar supply pressure).

PWD003 comes complete with a water connection sleeve nut R3/4”, reducing adapter R1/2” for threaded faucets and a tubing connector (hose nozzle) for use with 9-12mm diameter bore tubing. The suction line connection has a detachable hose nozzle for use with 6-9mm diameter bore tubing or directly to hoses fitted with a GL14 screwthread connector.
